Cancellation Policy
At Designs Couture’, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To ensure the best experience for all clients, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an additional 30% cancellation fee. This policy also applies to missed appointments and appointments exceeding 15 minutes past your scheduled time.
